The 41st New Orleans Jazz Fest comes into better focus with today’s release of the day-by-day roster. Headlining the opening Friday, April 23, are Lionel Richie, the Black Crowes and Dr. John. This year’s first Saturday, April 24, features Simon & Garfunkel in the duo’s only scheduled American concert of 2010. Pearl Jam anchors the second Saturday with its sole American festival appearance of the year.
